Editorial Policy & Corrections Process

5-business-day corrections SLA, algorithmic related-title blocks, no paid studio placements, fully deterministic AI-free prose generation.

Scope of Coverage

We publish an entity page for every qualifying film and series in our catalog. A title qualifies when it meets the filters detailed on the Methodology page. We do not review, score, or rank by in-house editorial judgment; we present community-sourced data with context.

Accuracy Commitments

  • Every metadata field rendered on a page is traceable back to the source TMDB row at import time.
  • When the upstream source corrects an error (e.g., misattributed country), our next sync propagates the correction to the public page.
  • Corrections flagged by readers are triaged within 5 business days.

Corrections Process

Spotted an error on a title page? Email the URL and the correction to [email protected]. Where the error lies upstream at TMDB, we’ll open an edit request there. Where the error is in our derivation (e.g., wrong country classification), we’ll fix it in our pipeline within one sync cycle.

Conflict of Interest

We accept no payment from studios, distributors, or streaming platforms in exchange for placement, visibility, or sentiment. Related-title blocks are generated algorithmically from genre and country overlap, not from commercial relationships.

AI Disclosure

Some prose on entity pages (introductions, reception tier summaries, keyword framing) is rendered by a deterministic template fed by the structured data for that specific title — no generative AI is used to invent facts, ratings, or synopses. The synopsis text for each title is the community-authored description sourced from TMDB.
